This 2-hour session will provide early childhood business professionals with a greater understanding of how to read financial reports and how to identify internal controls. Understanding these two concepts can strengthen the fiscal health of an early childhood program. This training is for early childhood business professionals with administrative responsibility with a beginner to intermediate understanding of fiscal management.
