Overview

Dr. Ezechukwu will explore how to establish routines to manage family stress - and why doing so can be beneficial. Dr. Ezechukwu will also offer strategies for balancing multiple roles as a parent/caregiver, creating space for emotional check-ins with kids, and overall family resilience. Finally, she will discuss how educators can help support routines through their instructional choices.
