Overview
Strengthening Business Practices is a 4-part series of modules that will provide early childhood business professionals with a foundational knowledge of fiscal terms, concepts, and practices for their business. Each training provides tips and best practices to help break down fiscal and business processes into manageable steps.  Module 3 – Marketing Your Program:  This 2 1/2-hour session supports early childhood business professionals with improving their ability to develop a marketing plan and use marketing tools to communicate with families about the benefits of their program.
Objective
Module 3 – Marketing Your Program Participants will understand the definition and value of marketing efforts that are focused both externally and internally. be able to articulate the program’s features and benefits, and understand how to use each as marketing tools. appreciate how data can inform marketing efforts in order to achieve greater success, become more cost effective, and use time more efficiently.
Additional Information
Target Audience: This training is best suited for childcare business professionals with administrative responsibilities or who have some influence over marketing decisions within the program.
