Strengthening Business Practices: Module I – Budgets, Projections, and Planning

Description:
This 2-hour session will provide early childhood business professionals with the foundational knowledge of fiscal terms, budget concepts, and practices for early childhood business professionals. Learn the value of developing a budget, project business costs, how to generate additional income, and plan strategically for future goals.  This training is for early childhood business professionals with administrative responsibility with a beginner to intermediate understanding of fiscal management.

Module I and Module II reinforce the concept that sound fiscal management is the foundation of strong business practices, which ultimately improve the outcomes for children.
