Early Care, Education and Family Support 45-Hour Entry Level Course was designed for “new to the field,” pre-service early care, education and family support developing professionals as well as those staff already employed by without formal pre-service training. This course is intended to be a basic level introduction to the 7 New Mexico General Competency Areas. (Child Growth Development and Learning; Health Safety and Nutrition; Family and Community Collaboration, Developmentally Appropriate Content; Learning Environment and Curriculum Implementation, Assessment of Children and Programs and Professionalism.)
