Overview

This is a 30 minute overview of the EPICS Provider Dashboard for licensed child care homes and centers.
Objectives
1. Accessing the dashboard
2. Viewing and updating Employee Information
3. Viewing and updating Care Giver information
4. Accepting/Declining pending CCA Contracts
5. Viewing and printing Payments and Remittances

NOTE: You are able to download the Provider Dashboard Access Form in the following places;
1. Throughout the training, you can click on "RESOURCES" and the form will be listed as "Provider Dashboard Access Form Fillable PDF V3."
2. You can click on the form button on the last module that is provided to download the Access Form.
3. You can also download the Access Form before you start the modules, as it is listed under supplemental resources as "Provider Dashboard Access Form Fillable PDF V3."
