This 21/2 hour session supports early childhood business professionals with improving their ability to develop a marketing plan and use marketing tools to communicate with families about the benefits of their program.
This training is best suited for childcare business professionals with administrative responsibilities or who have some influence over marketing decisions within the program.

Participants will
- understand the definition and value of marketing efforts that are focused both externally and internally.
- be able to articulate the program’s features and benefits, and understand how to use each as marketing tools.
- appreciate how data can inform marketing efforts in order to achieve greater success, become more cost effective, and use time more efficiently.
