This online training platform is designed for educators/administrators that work in family childcare setting and provides a CQI framework linked to the Family Child Care Environment Rating Scale (FCCERS).  It builds on FCCERS knowledge & strengthens best teaching practices by empowering educators to lead their own continuous quality improvement efforts with coach and program leader support.

Individuals who attend the orientation will receive access to the online LearnERS platform. Certificates for training hours will be provided through LearnERS platform.
